Where football Hurts

It does not matter if you are a girl or boy, old or young --- Football is a sport for everyone. In some European countries, almost every school has a team of their own. Football is a popular sport among teenagers, all of which were probably inspired by their idols in international football teams.

Popularity of football is best illustrated by the ambassador "" --- David Beckham, a popular (and beautiful!) Players whose billboard advertising can be seen almost everywhere. He was considered the "realization" of a football player he is the best there is. In Britain, for example, they have Manchester United as the club's most popular football there, with nearly 50 million supporters worldwide.

Football, also known as football is a team sport where two teams against each other to score the winning goal for their team. Eleven players are team and the sport is played on a rectangular grass field. The Guardian is a member of the team as the guardians of their goal, and the only one who can use their hands or arms to prevent the ball reaching the goal. All other players use their feet striking the ball and also use their trunk and head to the surrounding air.

Of course, all physical games we play, there is always a possibility of damage within the team. In football and other games requiring physical strength, they are trained to be part of pre-stretching and exercises before playing the game. In some cases, other players do not get to certain parts of their body to stretch properly, and even though during the game, they could be hurt by several factors.

Usually this type of sports injuries or other physical sports include all sprains and strains, knee pain, pain in lower back, elbow, shoulder pain and muscle cramps, among others. Ankle sprains or strains are often experienced with uneven or poorly executed technique. The right shoe is essential to prevent this and a brace can provide extra resistance. A pain in the knee during a football match can be caused by poor and inadequate technology, lack of conditioning and lack of flexibility. It is important to provide proper training to prevent overuse and that aspects of biomechanics, such as flat feet or high arches give more pain. When playing football, for example, knee pain is the result of an injury as a torn ligament or torn cartilage. Back pain is common among older and less active, because the strength and balance in the muscles (abdominals and lower back) to lose, leading to poor posture. Elbow pain is felt most by those with tennis or golf, but anyone can develop a sore elbow. Shoulder injuries are often seen throwing sports like baseball, athletics or other games. Muscle spasms are experienced as a tight muscle in one area, and more often than not, can be painful. Soccer players usually have this problem in their areas of bone, where they usually extend their feet to hit the ball. A spasm is a sudden contraction of muscles and is felt in the neck, back, shoulder, or legs. The muscle spasms can be prevented using proper techniques of stretching and good players go, especially in their areas leg.

Soccer is fun and rewarding for players and spectators of the sport even sijmple everywhere. Yet it is important for safety and health of players know to play, the injuries that could lead to more serious problems in the future.
